- 200 - 300 g. grilled pork sliced.
- 5 mint leaves for garnish
- 1 tbs. of spring onion, finely sliced
- 1 tbs. of shalott , finely sliced
- ½ tps chop slices of galangal
- 1 tbs Thai coriander, finely sliced
- 1 tbs ground roasted rice
- ½ - 1 tbs ground dried chillies
- 2 - 3 tbs of lime juice
- ½ tps Kaffir lime leaves
- 1 - 2 tbs fish sauce
- A little bit of Salt

Cooking Method:
- Grilled pork sliced
- Put grilled pork slied into the bowl.
- Add lime juice, fish sauce, ground dried chillies and ground roasted rice then mix well.
- Season it as your tatse.
- Put remaining ingredient and mix its together.


- Garnish with mint leaves and red chilli.
- Fresh Vegetable, usually have to be serve together.
