I would suggest you to serve Sweet Crispy Pork with sticky rice. it will be great.

Ingredients:
- ½ kg. Pork
- ½ cup of palm sugar
- 2 tbsp. thai fish sauce
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
- 3 tbsp fried slice shallot instant
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups vegetable oil for deep fry
Cooking Method:
- Boil water in pot on medium-high heat, wash pork then put it into a pot, reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hours or until pork is getting tender.

- When pork is tender, place on a plate and let it cool.
- After, tear pork into narrow strip. (use fork for tearing pork)

- Heat the vegetable oil in wok over medium-high heat. Add the shredded pork then use low heat, fry until well browned and crisp. (Fry remaining until all done.)
- Put the crispy pork on the plate.


- Heat ½ cup of water in a wok on medium heat. When boiled, add palm sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce and ground pepper then stir until dissolve.
- Add the crispy pork, stir thoroughly,
- Add fried slice shallot on top.
- Now, ready to serve.
